Es un café que se cultiva en la zona cafetera de los Grandes Lagos, en Ruanda. Concretamente en la región cafetalera de Rutsiro.
Café procesado con el método de lavado y fermentado y secado al sol en patios.
Su perfil organoléptico son los afrutados, los frutos secos y dulces con un sabor que recuerda al limón.
Muka Kivu es perfecto para su extracción en espresso , filtro y moka.
